Returns and Refunds Overview
Plunge by Pratt is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our returns and refund conditions carefully.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
• Please provide photographic evidence clearly showing the damage or defect.
• We will arrange either a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Change-of-Mind Returns
• We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind once the packaging is opened unless required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Requests for change-of-mind refunds on unopened, original-condition items will be reviewed individually and approved at our discretion.
• Return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us via email (admin@plungebypratt.com.au) with details of your purchase and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from us before returning the item.
3. Package the item securely to prevent further damage during transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exclusions
Refunds or replacements may not be provided for damage caused by:
• Incorrect installation by third parties.
• Neglect or lack of proper maintenance.
• Misuse or unauthorised modifications.
Customer Responsibility
You must carefully inspect your items upon delivery and adhere strictly to maintenance instructions provided in your Product manual to avoid voiding warranty and refund eligibility.
