Every purchase includes a 1-year warranty on the chiller unit and a 2-year warranty on the plunge tub, giving you peace of mind with long-term coverage.

How long should I stay in the Plunge for?

For cold therapy, most people start with 1–3 minutes and build up to 5–10 minutes as their tolerance improves. Always listen to your body - shorter sessions are still effective. For hot plunges, 10–15 minutes is common for muscle relaxation and stress relief.

Can I control the Plunge when I'm away from home?

Is it safe for Beginners?
